Follow the steps below to complete handle assembly:3.

NOTE: When pulling upward on handle, make sure to not
pull handle all the way out.
Insert the T-bolts removed earlier through the b.
handle brackets and lower handle and tighten

The rope guide is attached to the right side of the upper 
handle. Loosen the wing knob which secures the rope
guide. See Fig. 3-5.

Slowly pull starter rope handle from engine and slip b.
starter rope into the rope guide. See Fig. 3-5.
Tighten rope guide wing knob.c.
Use the cable tie provided to secure cable to the d.

upper handle up as shown in Fig. 3-2. Do not crimp
cable while lifting the handle up.
Reattach bolts and wing nuts removed earlier into c.
lower holes of handle as shown in Fig. 3-2 inset.
Remove the T-bolts from the handle brackets as shown in 2.
