Why is there no suction or reduced suction power in my Columbus Scrubber?

  There could be several reasons for reduced or absent suction power: * The recovery tank might be full, in which case you should empty it. * The recovery discharge hose might not be closed; ensure the closure cap is securely closed. * The air filter in the recovery tank could be blocked, requiring cleaning or replacement. * The suction hose and squeegee might be blocked by dirt, or the hose might not be properly attached. Clean the suction hose and ensure it's firmly attached. * The recovery tank cover might not be closed, or the cover seal could be defective or dirty. Close the cover, or clean/replace the seal.

  If the suction or brush unit isn't working, consider these potential causes: * The battery charge may be depleted; recharge the batteries. * The battery terminals might be dirty or loose; check, clean, and grease/tighten them if necessary. * The batteries might be faulty; inspect and replace them if needed. * A fuse may have triggered; switch off the appliance completely, identify and resolve the error source, change the fuse, and then switch the appliance back on. * If the motor is faulty, contact the supplier.
