Why does my Columbus Scrubber have reduced suction power?
    • J
      Jason JonesAug 12, 2025
If your Columbus Scrubber has reduced or no suction, several factors could be the cause. The recovery tank might be full, in which case you should empty it. Ensure the recovery discharge hose is properly closed by checking the closure cap. A blocked air filter in the recovery tank can also cause this issue, so clean or replace the air filter insert. Check the suction hose and squeegee for blockages from dirt and ensure the hose is firmly attached. Lastly, verify that the recovery tank cover is closed properly, and the cover seal is not defective or dirty; clean or replace the seal if necessary.

What to do if no cleaning solution comes out of the Columbus RA 43 brush unit?

      Dr. Joshua Murray Jr.Aug 18, 2025
If no cleaning solution is coming out of the brush unit of your Columbus Scrubber, make sure the cleaning solution flow control is switched on. Check if the solution tank is empty and refill it if needed. A blocked or dirty flow control valve can also cause this issue, so clean the valve. Additionally, inspect the cleaning solution supply hose to ensure it is not trapped or constricted.
