Thewatersoftenerisdesignedtoremovemineralsandsaltsfromthewater,whichwouldhave
adetrimentaloradverseeffectontheoperationoftheappliance.
Themoremineralsthereare,theharderyourwateris
Thesoftenershouldbeadjustedaccordingtothehardnessofthewaterinyourarea.YourlocalWaterAuthority
canadviseyouonthehardnessofthewaterinyourarea.
AdjustingSaltConsumption
Thedishwasherisdesignedtoallowforadjustmentintheamountofsaltconsumedbasedonthehardnessof
thewaterused.Thisisintendedtooptimiseandcustomisethelevelofsaltconsumption.
1.Openthedoor,Switchontheappliance;
2.Pressthestart/pausebuttonformorethan5secondstostartthewatersoftener
setmodelwithin60secondsaftertheapplianceisswitchedon(TheSaltand
Rinseaidwarninglightswillbeonperiodicallywhenitgetinthesetmodel);
3.Pressthebuttontoselectthepropersetaccordingtoyourlocalenvironment,
4.PressthePowerbuttontoendthesetupmodel.
