The Comfier Shiatsu Foot Massager (Model CF-5250) is a device designed to provide foot massage with a combination of kneading and compression techniques. It offers an optional heat function for the insteps and soles of the feet, aiming to enhance the massage experience. The device is equipped with three pre-programmed massage modes and three levels of massage intensity, allowing users to customize their massage. For convenience, it includes a detachable and washable foot sleeve, ensuring hygiene and ease of maintenance. The massager also features a built-in timer with options for 15 or 30 minutes, after which it will automatically shut off.

Usage Features:

To set up and operate the device, users should place it on a flat floor and connect the adapter cable to the corresponding port on the massager. The home adapter should then be plugged into an electrical outlet (compatible with both 110-120V & 220-240V). The device is turned on via the operating control panel. Users are advised to choose a chair with a comfortable height and be seated before placing their feet on the product.

The control panel features several buttons for operation:

Power Button: Turns the product on or off. The default massage mode when turned on includes a 15-minute timer, low roller speed, low air pressure, and full foot heating, indicated by red lights.
Timer Button: By default, the timer is set to 15 minutes (red indicator). Pressing this button switches to a 30-minute shutdown (blue indicator). The timing interval alternates between 15 and 30 minutes.
Rolling Massage Mode Button: Controls the roller speed. The default speed is low (L). Subsequent presses cycle through medium (M) and high (H) speeds (L→M→H→L cycle), with a red indicator light.
Airbag Control Button: Adjusts the air pressure intensity. The default pressure is low (L). Subsequent presses cycle through moderate (M) and high (H) pressures (L→M→H→L cycle), with a red indicator light.
Heating Button: Controls the heating function. When the product is turned on, the default heating temperature is 45-50 °C (113-122 ℉) with a blue indicator light. Pressing the button again increases the temperature to 50-55 °C (122-131°F), indicated by a red light.

Safety Instructions:

Users are strongly advised to read all instructions carefully before use. The device is not a toy and requires close supervision when used by or near children or disabled persons. Only one person should use the product at a time. The device should never be left unattended when plugged in. Only the provided UL standard home adapter should be used. Repairs should only be carried out by authorized expert staff to avoid voiding the warranty. The device should be kept away from water, high temperatures, and direct sunlight. The power cord should not be damaged, excessively bent, pulled hard, twisted, or knotted. Damaged cables, plugs, or loose sockets should not be used. If the power cord is damaged, the product should not be used. In case of malfunction, the device should be immediately disconnected from the mains. Misuse or incorrect use voids liability for damage. The product should not be used while sleeping. The recommended massage time should not exceed 15 minutes at a time to avoid overstimulating muscles and nerves. This product is not for medical treatment. If any abnormality is felt during use, stop immediately and consult a doctor.

Specific Warnings:

Do not use if the power cord is damaged.

Do not stand or place heavy objects on the product.
Do not stand or sit on the product.
When moving the product, do not pull the power cord or drag the product directly.
Keep children and pets away from the product.
Do not use in damp environments.
Individuals with certain conditions should consult a doctor before use, including those with electronic medical instruments (cardiac, pacemaker), those under medical treatment, malignant tumor patients, heart disease patients, acute patients, pregnant or menstruating women, those with osteoporosis or fracture spine, those with skin disease or injured skin, and those with a body temperature over 38 degrees Celsius (febrile phase).

Maintenance Features:

Before cleaning, ensure the power supply is turned off and the plug is removed from the socket. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the product and control panel. Do not pull the power plug with damp hands. Do not use water for washing, and do not spray water or other liquids into the interior of the product. Avoid corrosive cleaning agents like benzene or thinner, as they can cause fading or erosion. If the product gets wet, allow it to dry naturally and thoroughly.

The foot sleeve is detachable and washable, either by machine or hand, and should be air-dried.

For general maintenance, ensure the power supply is off and unplugged. Sweep off dust and keep the massager clean and away from damp places. Store the massager in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects that could cut or puncture the cover.

Troubleshooting Guide:

Clattering noise during movement: This is normal and caused by the motor's operation.
Device switches off suddenly: This may be due to the 15-minute auto-shut off function or overheating protection. If it's the timer, press the power button to continue after resting for 15 minutes. If due to overheating, let the machine cool down for approximately half an hour before using again.
Device fails to start: Check if the device has been used for more than 15 minutes; if so, let it rest for 15 minutes. Check if the adapter is plugged into the socket and if the adapter output is connected to the device power inlet. The device may require longer cooling time in warmer environments.

Warranty and Support:

Comfier offers a 30-day unconditional return policy for a full refund. A 90-day refund/replacement is available if the product breaks down under proper use. A 12-month warranty covers product breakdowns under proper use for replacement. The warranty does not cover force majeure, man-made causes, improper care, personal tear-down, or willful damage.
