To set up and operate the device, users should place it on a flat floor and connect the adapter cable to the corresponding port on the massager. The home adapter should then be plugged into an electrical outlet (compatible with both 110-120V & 220-240V). The device is turned on via the operating control panel. Users are advised to choose a chair with a comfortable height and be seated before placing their feet on the product.

Users are strongly advised to read all instructions carefully before use. The device is not a toy and requires close supervision when used by or near children or disabled persons. Only one person should use the product at a time. The device should never be left unattended when plugged in. Only the provided UL standard home adapter should be used. Repairs should only be carried out by authorized expert staff to avoid voiding the warranty. The device should be kept away from water, high temperatures, and direct sunlight. The power cord should not be damaged, excessively bent, pulled hard, twisted, or knotted. Damaged cables, plugs, or loose sockets should not be used. If the power cord is damaged, the product should not be used. In case of malfunction, the device should be immediately disconnected from the mains. Misuse or incorrect use voids liability for damage. The product should not be used while sleeping. The recommended massage time should not exceed 15 minutes at a time to avoid overstimulating muscles and nerves. This product is not for medical treatment. If any abnormality is felt during use, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
Before cleaning, ensure the power supply is turned off and the plug is removed from the socket. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the product and control panel. Do not pull the power plug with damp hands. Do not use water for washing, and do not spray water or other liquids into the interior of the product. Avoid corrosive cleaning agents like benzene or thinner, as they can cause fading or erosion. If the product gets wet, allow it to dry naturally and thoroughly.
The foot sleeve is detachable and washable, either by machine or hand, and should be air-dried.
For general maintenance, ensure the power supply is off and unplugged. Sweep off dust and keep the massager clean and away from damp places. Store the massager in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects that could cut or puncture the cover.
Comfier offers a 30-day unconditional return policy for a full refund. A 90-day refund/replacement is available if the product breaks down under proper use. A 12-month warranty covers product breakdowns under proper use for replacement. The warranty does not cover force majeure, man-made causes, improper care, personal tear-down, or willful damage.
