Infants can suffocate in gaps or on soft bedding. Use only the provided pad.
Do not use when infant pushes up on hands/knees or reaches 25 lb.
Avoid strings and cords around the child's neck or near blind cords.
Place healthy infants on their backs to sleep unless advised by a physician.

Measure bed height and adjust crib level using the hand-held button.
Ensure crib is horizontal with matching arm numbers and not in incline mode.
Top rail must not be higher than adult mattress when not fastened to the bed.
Insert buckles, feed strap under mattress, tighten, and ensure blocker is flush.
Pull crib away from bed to check sturdiness and strap tightness.
Use attachment straps to secure bedside sleeper to adult bed.
Maintain no more than 1/2 inch (13mm) gap between sleeper and adult bed.
Pull sleeper away from bed to check tightness before each use.
Do not fill gaps exceeding 1/2 inch with pillows or blankets.
The 2 attachment straps must always be used in bedside sleeper mode.
Unbuckle straps, remove from under bed, and set to 'Stand Alone Crib Mode'.
Lift crib 20 degrees to roll on hard floors; not designed for carpet.
Dimensions are 31.9x18.8x1.18 inches. Use only ComfyBumpy replacements.
Use urine sheet for spills; sponge clean mattress, machine wash urine sheet (air dry).
Put into 'Rocking Mode', adjust height, release arms, separate frame, close legs.
Slide closed legs, mattress, and base into the bag, then zip securely.
