Installation Instructions:
Flexible Smartphone Clamp:
- Install your smartphone onto the flexible smartphone clamp by pulling the top part of the clamp upwards and inserting the phone.
- Connect the microphone to the smartphone clamp, typically by sliding it into a cold shoe mount on the clamp.
- Connect the microphone to your smartphone with the TRS-TRRS audio output cable. Ensure the TRS end is connected to the microphone and the TRRS end to the smartphone. For smartphones with Lightning or Type-C interfaces, a separate 3.5mm-Lightning or 3.5mm-Type-C adapter is required.
Handle Grip (CVM-VM10-K1 Kits):
- Install the flexible smartphone clamp to the ordinary handle grip (which has a 1/4" screw).
- Fix them by tightening the smartphone clamp locking screw.
Tripod (CVM-VM10-K2 Kits):
- Install the flexible smartphone clamp to the tripod.
- Fix them by tightening the smartphone clamp locking screw.
- Adjust the tripod adjusting screw to achieve a suitable angle for shooting.
Electronic Handle Grip (CVM-VM10-K3 Kits):
- Install the smartphone clamp to the electronic handle grip.
- Lock them by tightening the smartphone locking screw.
Connecting Rod (CVM-VM10-K4 Kits):
- Install the cold shoe, connecting thread screw, ordinary thread screw, and connecting rod to the ordinary handle grip (with a 3/8" screw).
- Install the flexible smartphone clamp to the ordinary handle grip (with a 3/8" screw).
- Lock them by tightening the smartphone clamp screw.
Bluetooth Remote Control Instruction:
First Step: Start the Bluetooth Remote Control
- Press and hold the Bluetooth remote control button for 2 seconds to power it on.
- When the blue light flickers, find and connect to "ViewFlex-H" on your smartphone's Bluetooth device list.
- If connected, the blue light will turn off. If not connected, the blue light will flicker once every second.
Second Step: Functional Operation
Photo Mode:
- With the phone connected to "ViewFlex-H" and in photo mode, a short press of the Bluetooth remote control button will replace the smartphone's photo button.
- A short press will cause the green light to flicker 3 times, and a picture will be taken.
- To activate continuous shooting, press and hold the Bluetooth remote control button for 3 seconds. When the green light turns on, release the button. The green light will flicker 3 times, and the smartphone will enter automatic continuous shooting mode for 3 seconds. This function is only available for the rear camera.
Video Mode:
- Enter the smartphone's video mode.
- A short press of the Bluetooth remote control button will start recording.
- Press the button again to stop recording; the green light will flicker 3 times, indicating the video recording has ended.
Bluetooth Disconnection:
- Automatic Disconnect: The Bluetooth remote control will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of no operation.
- Manual Disconnect: Press and hold the Bluetooth remote control button for 6 seconds. When the blue light turns on and starts flickering once every second, the smartphone is disconnected from the Bluetooth remote control, allowing you to reconnect different smartphones.
