SAFETY TIMERS
The control board has the following non-
adjustable safety timers:
• Initial cycle is 5 minutes longer than
subsequent cycles.
• The ice machine is locked into the freeze
cycle for 10 minutes (15 minutes initial
cycle) before a harvest cycle can be
initiated.
• The maximum freeze time is 120 minutes
at which time the control board
automatically initiates a harvest cycle
(step 4).
• The maximum harvest time is 5 minutes
at which time the control board
automatically start a freeze cycle
