Note1: The backlight of LCD should be off when WOL from S3 as it is remote wake up.
Note2: the S3S4 transition results in the system transitioning to the S0 state first so OS can
save the context to the hard disk. The system BIOS/KBC will not be involved for S3 S4
transition. The system power scheme will wake the machine from S3 and then transition to S4
Hibernation. The backlight of LCD is off during this transition.
