Warranty conditions
This appliance is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of
purchase. The warranty can only be claimed upon pres-
entation of the original proof of purchase of the product
(receipt, invoice) with the product type designation, date of
sale and legible stamp of the dealer. The warranty covers
the replacement or repair of parts of the appliance that
become damaged due to defects in the manufacture of the
appliance. After the warranty period, the appliance will be
repaired at a charge. The manufacturer is not responsible
for damage or injury to persons, animals due to improper
use of the appliance and failure to follow the instructions in
the instruction manual. The product is intended solely as a
domestic appliance for use in the home or on the move (in
a car, on a boat, etc.). The contractual warranty is 6 months
if the purchaser is an entrepreneur - a natural person and
buys the appliance for business or commercial use (§ 429 of
the Commercial Code).

The warranty does not apply
• Any mechanical damage to the product or any part there-
of.
• Defects caused by improper handling or placement.
• If the equipment is operated contrary to the instructions
or by unauthorised persons.
• Improperly used, stored or transported.
• The 24-month warranty does not cover repairs such as:
bulb or tube replacement, cleaning and descaling of coee
machines, irons, humidiers, etc. Here, the service will be
charged at the contract price.
• If no defect is found during the inspection of the appliance
or the warranty conditions are not met, the overhead
costs associated with the inspection or repair of the prod-
uct will be paid by the purchaser.
• The customer loses the warranty when using the prod-
ucts for professional or other gainful employment on the
premises.
• The defect was caused by external and natural conditions
(e.g. faults in the electrical network or housing installation)
• The warranty does not cover damage to external appear-
ance or other damage that does not prevent standard
operation.
• If the goods are sent by post or transport service when
the consumer claims a defect, they must be packed in
packaging suitable for transport to prevent damage to the
product.
