(shutter
speeds

second
or
slower)
is
often
effective
when
taking
portraits
against
night
skylines,
or
when
you
wish
to
illuminate
a
foreground
subject
with
flash
while
also
capturing
a
darker
background
scene.
Slow-
synchronization
flash
photography
can
be
performed
simply
when
you
use
TTL
auto
mode
in
combination
with
a
dedicated
TLA
flash
unit.

the
