INSTRUCTIONS
Brake Assy For Rolko Attendant Brake - Left
1. Remove rear wheel from the frame.
2. Using two 5/8” wrenches, remove the axle nut and axle.
3. Use a phillips screw driver to remove the Rolko Attendant Brakes from the existing
brake assembly.
4. Use a 7/16” wrench and a 5/32” allen wrench to remove existing brake assembly
from the frame.
5. Install the new brake assembly. Be sure to follow the schematic to place the washers
in the proper order.
6. Before attaching the nuts onto the bolt, apply some loctite Item 14 onto the threads
of the nut.
7. Use a 7/16” wrench and a 5/32” allen wrench to tighten the nuts and bolts.
8. Make sure not to over tighten the nuts of the Brake Lever. The Brake Lever should
be allowed to rotate with minimal resistance.
9. Reattach the Rolko Attendant Brakes onto the brake assembly using a phillip
screwdriver.
10. Use two 5/8” wrenches to reattach the axle onto the frame.
