Hot surfaces
Risk of burns from high temperatures on the inside of the hood
Touching the exhaust air distributor in the hood can cause hand burns.
Remove the baffle filters and the mist collectors only once the system has cooled down.
Carry out servicing tasks only once the system has cooled down.
Wear personal protective equipment as specified in safety regulations.
Monthly servicing tasks that you must perform yourself
Disconnect the combi steamer and the hood from the power supply before servicing work.
