NOTE: If any residues do remain in the Cooking Tray, add a little washing up liquid,
fill with hot water and leave to soak for a couple of hours or overnight.
3. Wipe the outside of the Body unit with a moist cloth. Rub dry with a soft cloth.
WARNING. DO NOT use abrasive, caustic, or solvent cleaners on your appliance.
These may damage the surface finishes.
NOTE: Accessories having a non-stick coating will, over time, suer damage from
harsh detergents (including dishwashing) so we suggest hand washing.
Storage
Once the appliance has been thoroughly cleaned and dried it can be stored in a dry location
out of the reach of children.
To ensure it is dust free and ready for use the next time you need it we recommend you keep
it in its original packaging.
Troubleshooting
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTION
No Power.
Faulty Wall Socket. Try another socket.
The Cooking Tray is not
properly located.
Reseat the Cooking Tray.
Chips are not
cooking evenly.
Overloaded Cooking Tray. Do not overload the trays.
Chips have not been shaken part
way through the Cooking time.
There is an automatic “3 Beep”
reminder to shake aproximately
halfway through the cooking time
and then repeat. Please note.
Slight smell of
burning on first
use
This is normal and is just
manufacturing residues
dissipating.
This will pass after a few uses.
E1 is showing in
the Display.
Faulty NTC.Open Circuit. Contact your Service Agent.
E2 is showing in
the Display.
Faulty NTC.Open Circuit. Contact your Service Agent.
