If the pump won’t run and power is available, and the pump is functional, ensure the switch is working. Also, check that the water level is high enough to activate the low-water cut-off circuit. Replace the switch if it is not completing the circuit. Fill the water reservoir enough to activate the Low Water Shut-off switch.

    • A
      Alexander EllisonAug 30, 2025
The breaker might be tripping in your Cool Space Freezer due to the power cord length, the breaker rating, or a locked-up pump. Refer to page 2 for unit amperage draw and to determine the required cord gauge. Also, consider replacing the pump.

      Joseph CampbellSep 2, 2025
If the pump runs but does not pump water in your Cool Space Freezer, there might be an air lock in the outlet side of the pump, or the impeller might not be turning. Turn the unit off and on to bleed any air. If that doesn't work, replace the pump.

      Madison ReedSep 7, 2025
If the pump motor will not run when the switch is turned on in your Cool Space Freezer, turn the fan on to check for power. Also, check if the water level is high enough to make the low-water cut-off circuit. If the fan doesn’t start, check the breaker and cord plug-in. If the fan does start, check for power to and through the pump switch when turned on. Fill the water reservoir.

Why is my Cool Space Freezer unit overflowing?
    • M
      Mrs. Nicole JacksonSep 10, 2025
Your Cool Space Freezer unit might be overflowing from the reservoir because the float valve is loose at the bulkhead fitting, or the water pressure is too high (over 120psi) to allow the float valve to shut off. Tighten the connections and/or replace the hose washers. Reduce water pressure by adding an inline reducer.
