3. Tilt the MP separation pad forward and
then remove it upwards.
4. Check or replace the MP paper feed
roller and MP separation pad and refit
all the removed parts.

(3) Detaching and refitting the registration roller
Procedure
1. Open the right cover 1
(See page 1-5-11).
2. Remove the transfer roller unit.
(See page 1-5-17)
3. Remove two springs at the front and
back of the registration roller right.
4. Remove the cap and gear.
5. Slide and remove the registration roller
right.
6. Check or replace the registration roller
right and refit all the removed parts.
