Function Description

The COSTWAY Handheld Steam Cleaner utilizes high-temperature, high-pressure steam to clean and disinfect various surfaces around the home. It is suitable for cleaning bathrooms, toilet utensils, glass windows, furniture, kitchen utensils, and automobiles. The device effectively removes dirt from walls and floor corners, kills invisible bacteria, and helps maintain a clean and hygienic environment. It is not recommended for large-scale commercial or industrial purposes, or for purposes other than steam cleaning.

1. Accessories and Their Use: The cleaner comes with a variety of accessories for different cleaning tasks:

Soft Hose (x1): Extends reach for hard-to-access cleaning areas. Connects to the steam outlet until the fixed lock fastens and a click is heard.
Big Nozzle (x1): Used for cleaning corners. Connects to the steam outlet until the fixed lock fastens and a click is heard.
Measuring Cup (x1): For filling water into the tank (max 350ML).
Small Towel (x1): Used with the glass brush for cleaning.
Glass Brush (x1): Attaches to the big nozzle by inserting into the notch and turning clockwise until it clicks. Useful for cleaning tables, chairs, bookshelves, or ironing clothes when a small towel is placed inside.
Stainless Brush (x1): Attaches to the big nozzle by inserting into the notch and turning clockwise until it clicks.
Nylon Brush (x3): Attaches to the big nozzle by inserting into the notch and turning clockwise until it clicks.
Extension Tube (x3): Extends reach for high places or floor cleaning. Connects to the steam outlet until the fixed lock fastens and a click is heard.
Floor Brush (x1): Connects to the extension tubes for floor cleaning. Open clips on both sides to fix the brush towel.
Glove (x1): For user protection.
Brush Towel (x1): Used with the floor brush.
Funnel (x1): For easy water filling.

Operating Instructions:

Place the steam cleaner on a platform and open the water tank cap.
Fill water using the measuring cup, up to a maximum of 350ML. Avoid overfilling and wipe any spills.
Plug the power cord into a socket (ensure correct power and voltage). The red light will illuminate, indicating heating has begun.
For optimal performance, wait 1 minute after heating starts before using. Initial steam may contain water droplets; avoid using on easily water-absorbent textiles like carpets or curtains during this initial phase. Spray into a tank or container for 3-5 seconds until steam normalizes.
To spray steam, press down the children lock first, then press the steam button. The steam button must be held down for continuous use. Releasing it automatically locks the children lock.
A noise during use is normal, indicating the water pump delivering water to the boiler.
To turn off, unplug the power cord and drain any remaining water from the tank. Wipe the machine gently with a clean cloth if dirty.

Precautions:

Do not share the power socket with other electrical appliances to avoid circuit overload.
Strictly prohibit water or other liquid immersion.
To avoid power cord damage, pull the plug directly by hand, not by the cord. Keep away from sharp objects and heat sources.
If the power cord, plug, or product fails, stop use immediately and contact professional after-sales service.
Do not touch the plug or product body with wet hands.
Always cut off power before stopping use.
When adding water, use the provided water cup and do not place the appliance under tap water.
When using steam, do not reverse the gun randomly or direct steam towards people, animals, or plants.
Do not use the steam cleaner in storage areas of flammable and explosive materials.
Unplug the power supply and store the machine only after it has cooled completely.
Keep the product away from children and unauthorized persons to prevent accidents.
Use clean water only; do not add chemicals or solvents to the water tank to avoid damage.
Ensure the steam hole is not blocked.
Do not clean leather furniture or other non-high-temperature resistant materials with the steam cleaner.
Turn off the power and ensure no steam is coming out before replacing accessories.
Before cleaning the product, unplug the power cord, then clean with a dry/wet cloth. Do not use alcohol, benzene, or diluting agents to clean the surface.

Common Troubleshooting:

No steam spraying out:
- Possible causes: Power plug not connected, water tank empty, water pump working but blocked.
- Solutions: Reconnect/replace socket, add water to tank, contact professional for repair.
Water coming out of the nozzle (initially):
- Cause: Normal, as hot water flows out when starting, and steam condenses into water in the cool tube.
- Solution: Spray into a container until steam normalizes if large amounts of water are not needed for cleaning.

Maintenance Features

Surface Cleaning: Clean the machine surface with a wet cloth; do not use detergent.
Water Drainage: Pour out any remaining water from the tank before storing.
Storage: Store the main machine and accessories in a dry place away from light after natural drying.
Repair: If any abnormality occurs during operation, send the machine to the designated maintenance department for repair. Do not attempt self-repair, as it can be dangerous.
