1 - The belt linking tractor to deck should be in tension.
2 - Belt tension should now be measured.
i - Lift deck to position 5.
ii - Place tension gauge midway between
tractor and deck pulleys.
ii - Use gauge to check belt deflection is no
more than 13 mm at 2 kg pull.
3 - If tension is incorrect continue to rod adjustment
section.
