Create New Stations
To listen to music on Pandora, you will need to
create personalized stations. You may have already
created stations on Pandora.com or the Pandora
mobile application, and if so, these stations will
automatically appear on Pandora on Contour.
You can also create stations right on your Contour
receiver, and they will also appear on other devices
you use to access Pandora. To create a Pandora
station, begin at the Pandora application.
1. Use the DOWN arrow to highlight New
Station and press SELECT or RIGHT arrow.
The focus will move to the keyboard in the
center card.
2. Use the UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT arrows
and the SELECT button to enter characters
into the search box.
3. As soon as you enter characters into the search box, results will begin to appear in the Results Card on the right.
Continue typing until you see results.
4. Press the RIGHT arrow. The focus and highlight bar will move to the Results Card.
5. Depending on your search, you may see artists, composers, or genres that match the station you just entered.
6. Use the UP and DOWN arrows to move the highlight bar to the station. Press the SELECT button. A station will
be created and added to your Pandora station list.
Delete a Station
To delete a Pandora station, begin at the Pandora
application.
1. Use the DOWN arrow to highlight My
Stations and press SELECT or RIGHT arrow.
The focus will move to the keyboard in the
center card.
2. Use the UP or DOWN arrow to highlight a
station you want to delete.
3. Press the A button to delete the
highlighted station.
4. A dialog will ask you to confirm if you
really wanted to delete the station. Press
the A button to confirm the deletion.
Note: Deleting a station on Pandora on your
Contour receiver will also delete that station on
Pandora on other devices.
Create a new station by typing your search in the center card.
A station list that matches your search will appear in the right
hand card. Highlight a station and press SELECT to launch it.
Highlight a station you want to delete and
press the A button.
Press the button to confirm your action.
