FORTWOYEARSfromthedateofpurchase,ifanynon-expendablepartofthis ridingequipmentfailsdueto a defectinmaterialorworkman-

ship,visitwww.craftsman.com or call 1-800-659-5917to arrangeforfree in-homerepair.

Theframeandfrontaxle willbe repairedfreeofchargeforfiveyearsfromthe dateofpurchaseifdefectiveinmaterialor workmanship.

Inallcases,if repairprovesimpossible,theridingequipmentwill be replacedfree of chargewiththe sameoran equivalentmodel.

Thebatterywill be replacedfreeof chargefor 90 daysfromthe dateof purchaseifdefectiveinmaterialorworkmanship(ourtestingprovesthat it

willnotholda charge).

Thiswarrantyisvoid ifthisproductiseverusedwhileprovidingcommercialservicesor ifrentedtoanotherperson.

This warranty covers ONLYdefects in material andworkmanship. Warranty coverage does NOTinclude:

• Expendableitemsthatcan wearoutfromnormalusewithinthewarrantyperiod,includingbutnot limitedtoblades,sparkplugs,air

cleaners,belts,andoilfilters.

• Standardmaintenanceservicing,oilchanges,or tune-ups.

Tirereplacementor repaircausedby puncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchasnails,thorns,stumps,or glass.

• Tireor wheelreplacementor repairresultingfromnormalwear,accident,orimproperoperationor maintenance.

Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbutnot limitedtodamagecausedby towingobjectsbeyondthe capabilityof

theridingequipment,impactingobjectsthatbendthe frameorcrankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine.

Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbutnot limitedto,electricalandmechanicaldamagecausedby improper

storage,failureto usethe propergradeandamountof engineoil,failuretokeepthedeckclearof flammabledebris,orfailureto

maintainthe ridingequipmentaccordingtothe instructionscontainedinthe operator'smanual.

• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfuel determinedto becontaminatedoroxidized(stale).Ingeneral,fuel shouldbe

usedwithin30 daysof itspurchasedate.

Normaldeteriorationandwearof theexteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.

Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyou mayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstateto state.
