  If your Craftsman Pressure Washer engine lacks power, won't start, runs rough, or shuts down, consider these possibilities: * The engine rocker switch might be in the OFF (0) position. Set it to the ON (I) position. * The oil level could be low. Fill the crankcase to the proper level. * The air cleaner might be dirty. Clean or replace it. * The unit might be out of fuel. Fill the fuel tank. * The fuel could be stale. Drain the tank and refill with fresh fuel. * The spark plug wire might not be connected. Connect it to the spark plug. * The spark plug might be bad. Replace it. * There might be water in the fuel. Drain the tank and refill with fresh fuel. * The fuel mixture might be excessively rich, in which case you should contact a local service facility.

  If detergent isn't mixing with the spray in your Craftsman Pressure Washer, here's what could be happening: * The detergent siphoning tube might not be submerged in detergent. Insert the tube into the detergent. * The detergent siphoning tube could be clogged or cracked. Clean or replace it. * A high-pressure spray tip might be installed. Replace it with a low-pressure spray tip. * The detergent siphoning check ball might be stuck. Free the check ball.

A low-pressure spray tip might be installed. Replace it with a high-pressure spray tip. 2. The water inlet could be blocked. Clear the inlet. 3. There might be an inadequate water supply. Ensure adequate water flow. 4. The garden hose could be kinked or leaking. Straighten the hose or patch any leaks. 5. The inlet hose screen might be clogged. Check and clean the screen. 6.
