      If your Craftsman Pressure Washer pump isn't producing pressure, has erratic pressure, chatters, loses pressure, or has low water volume, check the following: * Ensure the water inlet isn't blocked (clear it if it is). * Make sure the water supply is adequate. * Check the garden hose for kinks or leaks (straighten or replace it). * Inspect and clean the water inlet screen. * Verify the water supply isn't over 100°F (38°C) – use a cooler supply if needed. * Check the high-pressure hose for blockages or leaks (clear or replace). * Clean the nozzle. If none of these steps resolve the issue, the pump may be faulty.

      If your Craftsman Pressure Washer fails to start when you squeeze the spray gun trigger: * Ensure the water supply is turned on. * Make sure the unit is turned on by pressing the master ON/OFF switch to the ON position ( | ) and reset the GFCI. * Verify that you're using a garden hose no longer than 50 ft. (15.24 m).
