Using the countdown
1. To start the countdown, push the “ST./STP.” button

The timer will now count back from the set time.
2. To stop the countdown, push the “ST./STP.” button.
3. To resume the countdown, push the “ST./STP.” button.
As soon as the countdown reaches 0:00, a short acoustic
alarm will sound.
− If you would like to set the countdown back to the initial
time, hold the “SELECT” button

down for approx. 3
seconds.
If you have set multiple timers, the second timer will start
as soon as the first timer has reached 0:00 etc.
