Changing the battery
To ensure that your pulse watch is water-tight, it is recom-
mended that you have the batteries changed by a watch
specialist or at our service point. If, however, you would like to
change the battery yourself, proceed as follows:
1. Use a screwdriver to remove the four screws

on the
cover

located on the back of the pulse watch.
2. Open the battery holder

by carefully prying the
clamping bracket over the locking hook

3. Insert a new CR2032-type 3 V battery

with the positive
pole (+) facing up.
4. Hook the battery holder back in place.
5. Screw the cover back into place.
