Fault Cause/solution
The pulse display is not
working properly.
Your pulse is less than 40 beats
per minute.
Your heart is only emitting
weak signals.
The display has fro-
zen or shows irregular
characters.
The microprocessor must be
reset. Take the battery out
and put it back in. See chapter
“Changing battery”.
The display indicator is
weak.
Insert a new battery as de-
scribed in the chapter “Chang-
ing the battery”.
