CREATE YOUR PAINT
SETUP
Line up each clip with a slot on the
base. Press clip down & snap into slot.
NOTE: Assembly is permanent. Do not
remove clips from base.
Hold paint tray slots above clips. Press
tray firmly to snap slots into clips.
Repeat with utility tray on the other
side. NOTE: Trays can be detached
& used separately.
Remove paint strips from pouch & place
in utility tray. Close lid to secure. Snap
brush into slot.
Remove cap & inner seal from base paint.
Replace with nozzle & press cap on tip.
Store paint pots in tray.

Choose a color to mix. The number of strips of each color
shown in the box will always add up to 5.
Place open paint pot into tray. Add base paint to fill line. NOTE: Each color square has 5 peelable mini-strips. Fold strip
on perforated line, then peel from backing. Push strips down
into base paint & cover completely.

Snap paint pot lid closed & align it on paint shaker with lid
tabs in “11 o’clock” position. Turn pot clockwise until tabs
snap into place at “12 o’clock” position.
Lefty or Righty! Turn crank quickly either way for up to a
minute. Stop to check color after 30 seconds. Mix more
if needed.
Label your paint color. Snap lid closed & store in tray.
Repeat steps 1 to 6 to make up to 15 more colors.

Protect all work surfaces & clothing. Paint strips & finished
paint may stain fabric and other household areas.
• Make sure hands are dry. Moist paint strips may stain
skin or wet surfaces.
Fill paint pots with base paint to fill line.
Avoid overfilling.
• Follow color guide carefully: Use a total of 5 small strips
for any color you mix.
• Turning the crank faster will mix paint more quickly.
• Securely cap base paint bottle & paint pots after use
and during storage.
• Make sure all pieces are snapped into place
before transporting.
• If paint colors were stored, shake paint pots
before re-using.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
Wash brush with warm water & soap. Rinse & blot dry.
Store in utility tray.
Wipe off base & trays with a damp paper towel.
Make sure paint strips stay dry.
To store Paint Maker & contents:
Secure base paint bottle cap & store behind the paint shaker.
• Snap all paint pot lids closed & place in tray.
• Close lid to secure paint strips.
• Stand labels, color guide & unused paper in clips between
base & trays.
• To carry paint maker, raise both trays to upright (vertical)
position, then snap handle onto clip at top of each tray.

Create Your Paint Colors

Choose Color Combination

Select a color mix; the total number of strips used for any color is five.

Fill Paint Pot with Base

Place an open paint pot into the tray and add base paint up to the fill line.

Submerge Paint Strips

Fold, peel, and push 5 mini-strips into the base paint until completely covered.

Secure Paint Pot Lid

Align the paint pot lid tabs at 11 o'clock and turn clockwise to the 12 o'clock position.

Mix Paint

Turn the crank quickly for up to a minute, checking color consistency after 30 seconds.

Label and Store Paint

Label your mixed paint color, close the lid securely, and store it in the tray.

Cleanup and Storage

Clean Paintbrush

Wash the paintbrush with warm water and soap, rinse, and blot dry.

Wipe Down Unit

Wipe the base and trays with a damp paper towel, ensuring paint strips remain dry.

Store Paint Maker Components

Securely cap base paint, close all paint pots, and store accessories in the tray.
