TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
No water/steam.
There is water in the water
tank but the water tank is
clogged.
Fill the tank with water and turn on the
power switch and coffee switch.
No water has been previously
added to the machine.
Add water to the machine: Press the
hot water button and the pump will
start adding water to the machine
until water comes out of the steam
nozzle or funnel.
The machine is not preheated.
The machine needs to preheat before
producing coffee. Wait for the indi-
cator light to become steady and not
flashing.
Fat-free.
Ground coffee is too thick.
Change the coffee for one that is more
ground.
The coffee is not pressed. Press the coffee correctly.
No steam
The steam outlet is not con-
nected properly.
Connect the steam outlet correctly.
The steam switch is not
on or preheating to turn
on the steam has not been
completed.
Use a small wire through the steam
hole.
Clean the steam wand with hot water
after frothing.
Turn on the steam switch and wait
for preheating to complete before
steaming.
A lot or little coffee
comes out
There is too much or too
little coffee powder in the
container.
According to the standard amount of
coffee powder, 1 cup with 1 tablespoon
pressure:
Coffee powder cannot be too thick
or too fine.
Coffee that is too thick cannot be
fully extracted, too fine affects the
amount of coffee.
Milk does not foam well.
Has not used whole milk. Use whole milk.
You have started steaming
before the steam is properly
heated.
Steaming can only be started after
the steam indicator light turns from
flashing to steady light.
The coffee light and
steam light ash.
The temperature is too high
after using the vaporizer.
Refrigerate with water.
It doesn't boil the coffee.
In the steam state, the steam
switch is not turned off.
Turn the steam regulator to OFF.
