TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
the indicator does not
light.
• The power cord is not
plugged in.
• Check the power cord and make sure it is
plugged in.
The food is under-
cooked.
• Water content is higher
or lower than what is
needed.
• The lid is not properly
closed.
• Please add water up to the corresponding level
line and add the ingredients according to the
standard directions. Replace the lid and turn the
product back on.
• If you are using the warm function, make sure
you do it first before adding the ingredients,
otherwise it may cause the ingredients to stick
to the bottom.
Ingredients are not
blended correctly.
• There is not enough
amount of water.
• The power is too low.
• Too many or too few in-
gredients.
• wrong function.
• Please add water up to the correct mark.
• Check that your home power supply is in good
condition.
• Follow the recipe step by step to select the cor-
rect function.
The machine does not
stop after the corre-
sponding time.
• Product temperature
control failure.
• Contact customer service.
Overflowing food.
• The inside of the jar is
not clean.
• There are too many in-
gredients.
• A wrong function has
been programmed.
• Before using it again, be sure to clean the inside
of the machine properly. Follow the manufactur-
er's recommended cleaning instructions.
• Then select the correct function according to the
recipe or type of food you want to prepare.
Unusual whistle.
• Start-up of the product.
• Too much ratio of ingre-
dients.
• Occasional beeps are normal in the operation of
the machine.
• Reduce the ratio of ingredients.
The control panel is not
responding.
• The machine is running
the program.
• The system is continu-
ally resetting.
• Turn the product off for 3 minutes before turning
it on again by pressing the [FUNCTION/CANCEL]
button for two seconds.
“E1” error
• Product startup fails
• Thermistor fails.
• Close the lid again correctly.
• Please contact the brand's after-sales staff.
“E2” error
• The thermistor is short-
ed.
• It is recommended that you seek technical assis-
tance for repair or replacement. Contact custom-
er service.
“E3” error • Overtemperature.
• Wait for the temperature to drop before operat-
ing.
“E4” error • Low voltage protection.
• Adjust the voltage and/or contact customer
service.
“E5” error • high voltage protection
• Adjust the voltage and/or contact customer
service.
