2. Functional Operation
Note: Per table above, this range has oven functions that require a pre-heating phase, and functions
that do not require a pre-heating stage.
Oven function with pre-heating stage:
· When the actual oven core temperature is less than 170˚ F, the interface displays “Lo”. When
the internal oven core temperature rises above 170˚ F, the interface will display the actual oven
temperature in real-time.
· When the actual temperature reaches the set value, the interface will continuously display the set
temperature value.
Oven function with no pre-heating stage required:
· The set temperature value will be displayed continuously on the interface once selected
