General Recommendations

maintenance.
• Thewarrantyonthispressurewasherdoesnotcoveritems
thathavebeensubjectedtooperatorabuseornegligence.
Toreceivefullvaluefromwarranty,operatormustmaintain
thepressurewasherasinstructedhere.
• Changingofengine-governedspeedwillvoidengine
warranty.
• Alladjustmentsshouldbecheckedatleastonceeach
season.
• Periodicallycheckallfastenersandmakesuretheseare
tight.
WARNING: Riskoffirehazard.Alwaysdisconnect,
sparkplugwire,lettheenginecoolandreleaseall
waterpressurebeforeperforminganymaintenance
orrepair.Theenginecontainsflammablefuel.Do
notsmokeorworknearopenflameswhile
performingmaintenance.

waterpressureormovingpartsthatcancause

available,anSAE15W-40oilmaybeused.Changethepump
oilafterthefirst50hoursofoperationandevery100hours
thereafter,orevery3months.
To Check Oil
Theoillevelshouldcometothedotinthemiddleofthesight
glass.
How To Change Pump Oil
1. Loosenpumpoilfillplug.
2. Placeacontainerunderthepumpoildrainplug.
3. Removepumpoildrainplug.
4. Afteroilisdrained,replacepumpoildrainplug.Tighten
securely.
5. RefillpumpusingSIMPSON
®
PremiumPumpCrankcaseOil.
Ifthisoilisnotavailable,anSAE15W-40oilmaybeused.
6. Replacepumpoilfillplugandtightensecurely.
Ifthereisaproblemwiththepump,pleasecontactourcustomer
servicedepartment.
