Why is my Cuisinart CBK-210C dough not rising?

If your dough isn't rising in your Cuisinart Bread Maker, ensure your yeast is fresh and all ingredients are at room temperature (75ºF to 90°F [24°C to 32°C]). Liquids that are too warm or cold can prevent proper yeast activation. Also, verify that you're adding ingredients to the baking pan in the correct order.
