ASSEMBLY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
m DANGER
1. Do not store or use gasoline or
other flammable liquids or vapors
in the vicinity of this or any
other appliance.
2. An LP cylinder not connected for
use shall not be stored in the vicinity
of this or any other appliance.
m DANGER
If you smell gas:
1. Shut off gas to the appliance.
2. Extinguish any open flame.
3. Open lid.
4. If odor continues, keep away from
the appliance and immediately call
your fire department.
Failure to follow these instructions
could result in fire, explosion or burn
hazard, which could cause property
damage, personal injury or death.
m DANGER
1. Never operate this appliance unattended.
2. Never operate this appliance within 10 feet (3.05m) of any other gas cylinder.
3. Never operate this appliance with 25 feet (7.5m) of any flammable liquid.
4. lf a fire should occur, keep away from the appliance and immediately call
your fire department . Do not attempt to extinguish an oil or grease fire with water.
5. Heated liquids remain at scalding temperatures long after the cooking process.
Never touch cooking appliance until liquids have cooled to 115oF (45ºC) or less.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Leg Assembly Preparation

Place washers on the corners of the leg assembly before proceeding.

Step 2: Attaching Fire Box to Leg Assembly

Align holes and secure fire box to leg assembly with washers, nuts, and screws.

Step 3: Installing Flame Tamer and Pizza Stone Holder

Place flame tamer on brackets and secure with lock pins; place pizza stone holder on firebox.

Step 4: Placing Smoke Chip Cup and Pizza Stone

Insert smoke chip cup and place pizza stone in the pizza stone holder.

Step 5: Assembling Control Knob

Align and insert the shaft of the regulator into the knob, ensuring the indicator points up.

Step 6: Installing Warming Tray

Slide the warming tray onto the brackets mounted to the base of the grill.

Operating Your Grill

5.1 Select a Proper Location

Choose a suitable outdoor location, away from combustibles, on a level surface.

5.4 Checking for Gas Leak

Perform leak check outdoors with soap solution before lighting. Check for bubbles at connections.

Troubleshooting

Burner Won't Light (16.4oz/14.1oz LP Bottle)

Check LP bottle fuel, venturi tube air inlet, ignitor spark, and burner orifices.

Grill Doesn't Reach High Temperature (LP Bottle)

Check LP bottle fuel, venturi tube air inlet, and perform gas leak test.
