Assembly Instructions

Closed Position

Upper plate rests flat on lower plate/base for heating.

Open Position

Upper plate/cover is open slightly beyond 90 degrees for access.

Flat Position

Upper plate/cover is level with lower plate/base for large cooking surface.

To Insert Cooking Plates

Instructions for inserting cooking plates into the unit.

To Remove Cooking Plates

Instructions for removing cooking plates from the unit.

To Position Drip Tray

Instructions for correctly positioning the drip tray.

Operating Instructions

Select Cooking Function

Choose between Grill or Griddle function using the dial.

Set Temperature

Adjust temperature in 25-degree increments using the dial.

Set a countdown or count-up timer for cooking.

May take up to 10 minutes to reach operating temperature.
