Function Description:
The Griddler operates as a contact grill, cooking food quickly and evenly from both sides simultaneously. As a panini press, it's ideal for grilling sandwiches, breads, and quesadillas, with a unique handle and hinge system that adjusts to the thickness of the food for even pressing and heating. The "Full Grill" function allows the cover to lie flat, creating a double, flat cooking surface for open grilling, which is suitable for burgers, steak, poultry (boneless), fish, and vegetables. In this mode, foods need to be turned for even cooking.
