Turn on the cold water shut-off valve.
Check for leaks.
Turn on drinking water faucet and and allow
water to run for 10 minutes to ush air and
carbon nes (very ne black powder).
Check for leaks before leaving installation.
If it leaks, see troubleshooting.
For both cartridges line up arrow on cartridge
with unlocked position on head, insert cartridge,
and turn to locked position.
When looking at the system from the front the
US-2-R1 should be on the left and the US-2-R2
should be on the right.
Wet the end of the 1/4˝ plastic tubing with
water and push it into the system head outlet
until it stops.
NOTE: Do not bend or crimp 1/4˝ plastic tubing
when inserting.
