The DWL-G630 is still fully compatible with the
IEEE 802.11b standard, so it can connect with existing
802.11b routers, access points, and cards. That means
you can still communicate with colleagues and friends.
With the DWL-G630 in your laptop PC you can also
securely connect to a wireles network using 802.1x for
wireless user authentication, as well as WPA (Wi-Fi
Protected Access) providing you a much higher level of
security for your data.
With the utility software included with the DWL-G630
you can reconfigure the default settings of the cardbus
adapter to optimize its performance. The utility also
indicates the strength of the active wireless signal and
features a wireless site survey tool that detects and
displays available wireless access points and routers
making connections to most often accessed wireless
networks instantaneous.
The DWL-G630 is a powerful 32-bit cardbus adapter
that installs quickly and easily into laptop PCs and
