- Check if the power adapter is connected properly to the wall socket and the back of the device.
 
- Ensure the Link/Act LED for the port the device is connected to is illuminated or ashing. If not,
try using a new LAN cable.
 
- Ensure that the PoE device is connected to one of the four PoE enabled ports (1 to 4) and the
connected PoE devices do not exceed the maximum power budget of 58 W.
