After clicking the Add button, the following page will be available.
Select the Ethernet port that will be used from the Select a ETH port drop-down
menu.
Select the Connection Mode. Options to choose from are Default Mode - Single
service over one connection, VLAN MUX Mode - Multiple VLAN service over
one connection and MSC Mode - Multiple service over one connection.
Click the Back button to return to the previous page.
Click the Apply/Save button to accept the changes.
