Unlock the timer by holding MODE and START buttons for three seconds. Enter locked mode via Countdown mode.
Charge the timer for at least 3 hours before first use to ensure the Lithium polymer battery is fully charged.
Set the watch hour, minutes, and seconds using UP/DOWN buttons and confirm with SET button.
Navigate and set the watch month, day, and year using SET and UP/DOWN buttons.
Advance to Timer mode and understand active icons for delay, sensor, and shot count.
Configure Delay, Par time, Auto Start, Beep Type, Sensitivity, and Filter options.
Start countdown with START button and review shots with REV button. Max record time is 600s/100 shots.
Set or disable the alarm and configure alarm time using UP/DOWN and SET buttons.
Check the remaining battery level displayed as a percentage.
Select Mic or Accelerometer sensor and manage Bluetooth connectivity for data transfer.
Toggle between Stopwatch, 3-minute, and 5-minute countdown modes and activate with START.
Start, pause, resume, and reset the stopwatch. Record split/lap times and review them.
Start, pause, and reset the 3 or 5-minute countdown timer.
