9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
After use, the surface of the Sprayer shall be washed in an allowed cleaning site; the inner
part should be cleaned with high-pressure injection till the drainage becomes clean.
The Spraying parts shall be lubricated after cleaning.
STORAGE
The spray should be stored in a dry place indoor out of reach of children.
10. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problems Causes Solutions
In case of
leakage or
poor spraying
performance.
Hard to turn
the rock bar.
In case of
decreasing of
pressure.
It produce no
pressure to
turn the rock
bar.
Broken leather
cup, damaged
seal ball or loose
seal ball holder.
Seal ball may
be displaced
or lost.
Re-install seal
ball.
Replace the
leather cup or
seal ball, or
tighten the seal
ball holder.
The shut-off
strainer or the
spray nozzle
has been
blocked.
Clean the
strainer and
spray nozzle
immediately;
Apply
lubricant
grease to
various
moving part.
Seal rings at
various joints
may loose or be
damaged.
Leakage of the
cylinder.
Tighten or
replace.
