2.Attach the lower bar ,please put the bar ok and put the
bolts (46141) the nuts() assemble the lower handlebar
see figture 1.
3. Using two tee handle nuts (4640), two bolts (4642),
assemble the middle handlebar (4693) to the lower
handlebar (4695) that is already attached to the mini
cultivator assembly. See Figure 1. The middle handlebar
can be installed in two positions one high and one low.
DO NOT overtighten the tee handle nuts.
