7. Belt Tension Adjustment
Adjust the clutch lever free play
The standard belt tension is 60-65 mm (2.4-2.6 in) at the tension roller with the clutch engaged
(clutch lever is squeezed).
To adjust, loosen the four engine mounting bolts and the engine stay tightening bolt and move the
engine forward or reverse to get proper tension of the belt.
NOTE: After adjusting the tension, make sure that the outside face of the drive pulley is flush with
the outside face of the driven pulley by using a straight gauge.
(1) ENGINE MOUNTING BOLTS
(2) ENGINE STAY TIGHTENING BOLE
Loosen the belt stopper attaching bolts.
Adjust the clearance between the belt stopper and the belt as illustrated with the clutch lever
squeezed.

7. Регулиране обтягането на ремъка
Внимание! регулирането се извършва при изключен двигател!!!
Регулирайте свободния ход на лоста на съединителя – т.5
Стандартно ремъка е обтегнат 60-65mm на обтягащата ролка с включен съединител (стиснат лост на съедините-
ля).
След регулиране затегнете контра гайката добре. Включете двигателя и проверете правилната работа на съедини-
телния лост.
6. Регулиране жилото на газта
Измерете свободния ход на върха на лоста. Свободен ход 5-10mm. Ако свободния ход е неправилен, разхлабете
контра гайката и завъртете регулиращата гайка в една или друга посока, колкото е необходимо.
