2. Fan Delay and Priority
- R FAN ON ---> ON without delay
- F FAN ON ---> ON after 0.2second delay
- C FAN ON ---> ON after 0.1second delay
- In case of DC-Fan initial movement, R-Fan starts first, then C-Fan and
F-Fan work due to the over current protection.
