• Rinse the Prawns.
• Apply a thin layer of salad oil to the prawns, place the prawns into the fryer drawer, select the ‘Shrimp’
Preset and the temperature for 200 degrees and the cooking time for 5-8 minutes or until a golden
crunchy layer has formed.
• Shake the Fryer Draw ⅔ through cooking to ensure even cooking.
6. Air Fryer Loaf
Active dry yeast 1 packet – 2¼ Teaspoons
Warm water – 4 Tablespoons
All purpose flour – 14oz (400g)
Granulated Sugar – 2 Tablespoons
Salt – ½ Teaspoon
Milk – 1.5oz (85g)
Unsalted butter – 2 Tablespoons
1 large egg – whisked
• Add the yeast to a bowl of warm water for about 3 to 5 minutes.
• After the yeast has activated, add in the flour, sugar, milk, butter, and salt. Gently fold the ingredients
together until combined and a little flaky.
• Place the dough onto a floured breadboard and knead the dough until it is smooth, then shape it into a
ball.
• Wrap the ball of dough with cling film or kitchen Roll and place it into the air fryer basket. Leave the
dough to rest until it doubles in size, after about 30 minutes. Remove the Cling Film or Kitchen Roll.
• Brush the top of the loaf with the whisked egg.
• Select the ‘Cake’ Preset on the air fryer to set the temperature to 160⁰C but set the cooking time for 8 to
10 minutes or until the top of the bread is golden brown.
• Do not shake the drawer during baking.
