4. Remove the ignition key.
5. Exit the cabin.
6. If applicable: use the main switch (Figure 1) to switch OFF the 24 V circuit of
the vehicle.
7. Place the necessary and/or mandatory warnings and wait at a safe distance
from the vehicle.
8. Make sure that the main switch of the starting aid is open.
9. Connect the jump-start battery clamps in the correct sequence to the 24 V
vehicle batteries.
10. Close the main switch of the starting aid.
11. Close the main switch of the vehicle batteries (Figure 1).
12. Follow now the instructions to engage the driveline of the Electric Vehicle.
