Pressure Settings Procedures
For Eco-Rich Hybrid Hydraulic Unit
Model: UEHU25-M07-15-30-V
ITEMS NEEDED TO SET ECO-RICH:
1. Screwdriver
2. Wrench
The following steps must be completed before any settings and adjustments
can be made to your Eco-Rich U-EHU25-M07-15-30-V:
1. Connect 3 phase power (200 VAC ~ 230 VAC)
2. Fill oil reservoir to correct oil level. (Oil Weight ISO32 ~ ISO 68)
3. Remove transport stabilizing bolts, located next to the motor isolators.
4. Connect pressure and return lines.
5. Connect alarm wires from machine (most machines do not require this step).
6. Turn power on to machine and hydraulic unit.
7. Make sure machine is in a standby state and is not actuating any valves or cylinders.

Summary

Initial Procedures for Pressure Settings

Prepare Over Pressure Adjustment Valve

Break locknut and turn over pressure adjustment valve clockwise until bottomed out.

Enter Parameter Mode

Press 'mode' and 'return' keys simultaneously to access parameter mode.

Set Desired Pressure

Use 'up'/'down' keys to set pressure, then press 'return' to confirm.

Confirm Pressure Setting

Press 'mode' key to display the final desired pressure setting.

Setting the Motor RPM

Access Monitor Mode

Press 'mode' key to enter monitor mode and scroll to N05.

Adjust Flow Control Valve

Loosen locknut C, adjust flow control valve D to set motor RPM to 38 (380 RPM).

Lock Motor RPM Setting

Lock the locknut C to secure the set motor RPM.

Setting the Over Pressure Valve

Adjust Over Pressure Valve

Turn adjustment B counterclockwise until RPM rises above 38, then stop.

Fine-tune Over Pressure

Turn adjustment B 3/4 turn clockwise, or half the bottomed-out distance.

Lock and Verify Setting

Lock locknut A and press 'mode' to return to pressure setting.
