There are several possible reasons why your Daikin Heat Pump isn't heating or cooling as expected. It could be due to an incorrect temperature setting on the remote controller. Make sure to check the temperature setting and refer to the operation manual. Another potential cause is low water flow. Ensure all shut-off valves in the water circuit are fully open, the water filter is clean, and there's no air in the system. Also, verify the water pressure is above 1 bar, the expansion vessel isn't broken, and the valve towards the expansion vessel is open. Finally, check that the water volume in the installation is above the minimum required value.
