Removal of Outer Panels

Removal of Outdoor Fan and Fan Motor

Removing Fan Motor Mountings

Remove fan nut and lower screws first, then upper screws.

Removal of PCBs and Electrical Box

Removing Main PCB and Connectors

Remove main PCB screws/hooks, disconnect harnesses and connectors.

Removing Electrical Box and Thermistor Harness

Draw out harness, remove box screw, and lift out electrical box.

Removal of Reactor

Removing Partition Plate and Reactor Unit

Lift and remove the partition plate, then detach the reactor.

Removal of the Four Way Valve

Heating and Disconnecting Four Way Valve

Heat brazed parts and disconnect the four way valve with nitrogen.

Removal of Electronic Expansion Valve

Removing Putty and Heating Expansion Valve

Remove putty, then heat brazed parts to detach the expansion valve.

Removal of Compressor

Removing Terminal Cover and Disconnecting Wires

Disconnecting Compressor Brazed Connections

Remove compressor nut, heat, and disconnect discharge/suction parts.

Lifting and Removing Compressor Unit

Lift the compressor carefully and remove it from its mounting.
