6.2.2 Isolator Installation
Provided isolator consists of one upper and lower housing, assembled telescoping and with a
tap leveling adjustment bolt and jam nut.
Installation step:
Arrange the isolators at accessories box at the correct position of machine (refer to
tables in section 7).
Position machine base (c-channel) on top of the upper housing.
Align mounting hole of machine base with tapped hole on the upper housing.
Pass through level adjustment bolt & turn clockwise (CW) to load spring until
desired level (height) is achieved. Leave jam nut loose.
After completing level adjustment of all mounts, lock the jam nuts of mounts tight
(CW).
Bolt down the mounts to the floor. (Though it is not always required but advisable
to do so.)
