ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: 10057/757
1. Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.
2. Screw lower decorative column (B) into base (A).
3. Screw lower column (C) into lower decorative column (B).
4. Screw upper column (D) into lower column (C).
5. Screw upper decorative column (E) into upper column (D).
6. Attach decorative arm (F) onto upper decorative column (E).
7. Place shade (I) onto socket assembly (G) and tighten socket
ring (J) securing the shade in place.
8. Insert bulb into the bulb socket (H).
Recommended (1) maximum 60 WATT Type “A” Bulb
Or (1) maximum 13WATT CFL Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp.
Unplug lamp, wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives
